WHO WE ARE.
We are a capital originator and infrastructure provider for off-site construction. We structure facilities that fund prefabricated housing while it's still in the factory, and we build the systems lenders need to run them: milestone verification, security tracking and real-time facility reporting. We help manufacturers get capital matched to how they actually build and wholesale credit funds get access to a lending niche they can't originate directly, with the controls and reporting institutions require.

We originate and structure facilities that draw down against factory milestones rather than site progress, secured over the modules in production and the land they're delivered to.

We provide the platform that holds each facility's milestones, security registrations and drawdowns on a single verifiable record, so lenders see positions in real time and report without reconstructing the file.

We work directly with manufacturers and the developers contracting them, from head contract to installation, so the finance follows the build programme.
